About Us

Play Blocks

At Little Leloko Pre-Primary our core curriculum focus is on the six Early Learning and Development Areas (ELDAs) as identified in the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). Our daily activities are, therefore, planned and structured around the six ELDAs.

These Early Learning & Developmental Areas are:

  • Well-being
  • Identity and belonging
  • Communicating
  • Exploring Mathematics
  • Creativity
  • Knowledge and understanding the world

Children are genetically programmed to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and in language. To facilitate this, parents and educators need to provide children with a safe and nurturing environment.

A great deal of learning takes place when children play and this is a key component of the learning and development at Little Leloko Pre-Primary. Our staff nurture and guide our learners to develop a love for learning through play, experience, curiosity and their individual strengths.
